Do I need a prescription to order?
Yes, we require prescription for all orders that state “RX Prescription Required” below the product name. Please provide the prescription with the following options:
  • Ask your Doctor to fax us the prescription (604-581-4187).
  • Or, please email or fax (604-581-4187) us a copy of your prescription and we shall contact your doctor’s office to verify the prescription.
  • Or, mail us your original prescription.
Will you contact my pharmacy to transfer my prescription or contact my Doctor to request a new one?
Yes, our pharmacist would be happy to have your prescription transferred or to contact your Doctor directly.
Can you bill my provincial insurance plan?
Yes, currently we can bill British Columbia and Alberta Provincial insurance plans as well as Nexgenrx, Telus Health, Manitoba Blue Cross, Green Shield, Medavie Blue Cross, Claimsecure, Express Scripts and Alberta Blue Cross. Just email or fax us a copy or photo of your benefit card and we can provide you with an updated quote.
I have a prescription for my pet, can you fill my order?
Yes. We just require the original prescription or the prescription faxed from your Veterinarian or transferred from your current pharmacy.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. You can create your account online or our Customer Service team can create one for you over the phone.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Check or Money Order.
When will you charge my credit card?
For first time customers we charge your credit card once we’ve received your prescription and have reviewed your order with you over the phone.
Can I place an order online and pick it up at your Surrey Pharmacy?
Yes, but this can still take 1-2 days and needs to be arranged through our call center.


How much do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping charge is $10.00.
If I also order for my spouse, do I have to pay for shipping twice?
No, if you place the order at the same time we’ll only charge you shipping once for two orders.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped with Canada Post.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders will arrive in 2-7 days.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
At this time we do not offer overnight shipping.
Do you ship to the United States or other parts of the world?
No. We ship within Canada only.
Does your Online Pharmacy offer same day shipping?
At this time we only ship through Canada Post.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You can login to your online account or call our customer service department. Shipping details are normally updated 2-3 days after you place your order.


What is your return policy?
Once a medication has left the pharmacy the item cannot be returned according to the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia Bylaw 5 (33. Subsection 1).
